TRAINING PLANS

Whether you are looking for personal training or virtual classes, you will start with an initial consultation. Based on your goals, Val will create a monthly plan designed specifically for you. Through the Training Peaks application, email notifications are sent upon the completion of each workout providing an element of accountability. There are various levels of customization available so that you can choose the right product at the right price point. Through a series of live classes, recordings, written workouts with demonstration videos for proper form and technique, Val has a solution for you.

PERSONAL TRAINING

If one-on-one workouts are more your cup of tea, you have the option of doing an in-home session or working with Val on Zoom. Either way, no two workouts will be the same, and everything you do will be created for you.

Level 1: $129/month
